Online Listings that Stand Out

One look at MLS or Zillow shows that all property photographs are not created equal. Most listings have a collection of crooked, washed out photos, which show the property, but don’t show it much respect. A few look clean, warm, enticing, and you know right away have had professional photography. Try searching properties worth 2 million or more in your favorite property search tool–chances are it is a much more enjoyable experience, not only because there are some great homes to look at, but more importantly, because it is more likely they hired a professional photographer to take the photos. A professional photographer not only creates sharper, more balanced, more vibrant images, but also creates a better feel of the property.

Amazing Photos on a Budget

If you are moving a substantial number of properties, you may not have the luxury of spending a full day or more on shooting a space (not to mention a full budget). We want to make real estate photography easy and undaunting for everyday properties as as well as luxury homes. We know the benefit of hiring a professional photographer and we know once you realize the ease and quality with which you can list a home, you’ll never do it any other way. Get an edge with reliably crisp, clear, and beautiful images.

How Real Estate Photography is Different

Photography for real estate differs from high-end architectural and interior photography only slightly. While the basics of professional photography such as high-quality cameras and equipment, selecting an appropriate time of day, using supplemental lighting, and employing advanced processing techniques all factor into the equation, real estate photography also demands a more strict adherence to accurately representing the property. For example, while a wide-angle lens can help capture a tight space, it also can be used to misrepresent the size of a room. We take all of that into account when shooting for real estate. You need fast, powerful capabilities without sacrificing integrity.

How We Bill

We know that you are budget minded. We still offer all the services available to our high-end clients. By billing at an hourly rate, you can choose to have us shoot a large number of photos in a space or take the time to craft a few carefully lit and processed images. And of course, just tell us your budget and we’ll be happy to make a recommendation of what we think would work best for you. Compare our affordable photography to our luxury packages to see that even at our entry level, you’re receiving high-end services.

Creating High-end Real Estate Images

We relish the opportunity to photograph high-end real estate and we understand that selling high-value homes requires high-quality photography. Sharp, vibrant images don’t come from simply operating a high-quality camera. Even top-of-the-line lenses alone don’t do the trick. Creating crisp, vibrant, stunning images also requires an eye for capturing a space. In addition, when selling high-end real estate, viewers expect to see a complete space, fully furnished and staged. For this reason, we’ve partnered with local designers to provide staging for our shoots. Instead of an empty house, we bring in experienced designers to add everything from tablesettings to flowers to full-on furnishings to complete the look of a space. We even have contacts with professional cleaners to tackle the sometimes daunting task of getting a place ready for a professional photo shoot.
