2021 | Splinterworks

Splinterworks, UK-based designers of high-end, designer pool slides and hammock baths, graciously selected us to photograph installations of their work in a pair private residences in Las Vegas. Splinterworks are* known for their chrome and high-gloss slides and baths which use beautiful curves to create slides and baths which are one part art, one part plaything.  With the challenge of capturing the sheen and reflectivity of their chrome slide and high-gloss hammock bath, it took special care to ensure the products were clean, polished, properly lit, and free from the reflection of the photographer. (It’s great to be able to shoot beautiful things–but in this case, the photographer kept showing up in the beautiful things. Nothing a little work in post couldn’t fix.) Proudly, the finished photos were able to find their place in Splinterworks’ stunning portfolio of projects.
